Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, city, password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Career details: role, skills, experience, education, preferred locations, expected salary, resume link.
• Applications you create and the email to HR we prepare for you.
• Payment records from Razorpay: amount, method, order and payment IDs. We never receive your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
• Basic technical data: IP address and browser, used for security and to fetch job results.

How we use it

• To match you to jobs and prepare your email to HR.
• To verify your email (one-time code), send your payment receipt, and run your account.
• To prevent fraud and keep the platform secure.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Our email provider, to deliver your receipt and verification code.
• Our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider, to run the service.

We don't sell your data. Other members never see your email or phone. HR only receives what you choose to send from your own mailbox.

Your choices

• Edit your profile and privacy settings any time in My profile.
• Ask us to export or delete your account and data by writing to admin@referencedilao.com.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We keep payment records as required by Indian law and delete other data when you close your account.
